Silent Hill Reptile’s Terms & Conditions:

• Refunds, exchanges and returns are granted on a case by case basis.

• No deposits, prepayments or payment plans are accepted.

• All of our snakes are outwardly healthy and while we will have sexed them multiple times before any sale, sex of the animal is not 100% guaranteed.

• All snakes will have voluntarily eaten at least (2) meals of F/T pinkies prior to sale unless otherwise noted.

• All of our available animals are produced in-house unless otherwise noted.

• Shipments are sent express priority overnight and are due to be delivered the following day, generally by 12 noon.

• Live arrival shipping is only guaranteed if the shipment is accepted on the first delivery attempt. If the package is not handed directly to the purchaser on the first delivery attempt or picked up at a staff FedEx location within 4 hours of its arrival, this guarantee is void. No exceptions.

• If you have any issues with shipping or delivery of the animal(s) you must contact us directly and immediately.

• We do not ship internationally.

• Our prices do not include shipping; buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

• We will not ship in extreme weather or near holidays. We will only ship on Monday-Wednesday. If shipping is delayed for weather, we will still collect shipping costs at the time of payment for your animal.

• It is your responsibility to know the laws on the species you are purchasing in your state. We will not knowingly ship snakes (or geckos) to any state that prohibits keeping them.

• We cannot guarantee the disposition of the animal you are receiving and will not consider returns or refunds for such a reason.

• We generally do not offer wait lists for expected animals.

• We generally price our available animals based upon the current availability of that particular morph. However, prices are subject to change at any time and may vary between our website and shows we attend.

• We accept PayPal/Square/Venmo for online orders. We accept Square, Visa, Mastercard and cash for person-to-person sales.

• Making a purchase binds you to have fully read, understand, comply and agree to ALL terms and conditions listed. Failure on customer’s part to fully read terms and conditions before making a purchase does not except them from these terms and conditions.
